Features

Fully Web based No client software.
Project Management A user is assigned to one or more projects. Each project is viewed in a separate environment, but the user can easily move from one project to the next.
Multilingual User Interface The user selects preferences including the language of the interface and automatic emails that will be sent.
Customizable dashboards Users can customize a page (also referred to as workspace) by using "research views". Each "research view" contains the result of a search performed using the search engine. This feature can be used to build a workspace that displays key data in real time.
Form builder You can build forms for your needs. A form is built from a base of existing fields (date, characters, checkbox, list box...) You select the type and names of fields as well as the order in which they are displayed for a request.
History Any action taken with regard to a request is tracked and can be viewed by the entire project. Users can keep track of the evolution of requests in real time.
Attached files Documents (screenshots, sample reports...) can be attached to each request. Each team member involved can thus add to the request as it evolves.
Workflow modeler Our workflow engine enables you to model the request management process by activity and by transition according to the needs of your projects. It is designed to minimize decision-making, thus making the process more efficient. For instance, users do not waste time deciding whom to send new requests to.
Automatic e-mail alerts Depending on the workflow your define, customizable email alerts can be sent to team.
Search engine for existing requests Users are able to query the entire request database using general or highly specific criteria (provided they have sufficient access privileges). Search results can be customized and ordered.
Exporting to Microsoft Excel Data grids can be easily exported to Excel.
Security based on user role Access to data and functionalities is based on user role. Users inherit permissions associated to the role they are assigned.
